> Item Effect (CP +2): Earn the endorsement of Tau to serve justice & eliminate evil. Your perspective of right and wrong are heavily influenced by your patron.
Gem: Malachite (Green)
> Item Effect (CP +3): You may expend a charge to activate the gem, changing its form and color. Once activated it will stay active for 8 hours, until you use a bonus action to deactivate/reactivate it, or until sunrise where it reverts to Malachite. Activating the gem in this way takes a bonus action. The gem has one charge that resets at sunrise.
Gem: Garnet (Red) – while active you may focus on one enemy as the target of your righteous fury as a bonus action. This target takes an additional 1d6 damage up to once per turn when hit by your unarmed strike. This effect lasts while the gem is active this way or until you use a bonus action to end the effect.
> Item Effect (CP +4): The target of your focus now takes 2d6 additional damage. The gem now holds three charges that reset at sunrise.
Gem: Topaz (Gold) – while active you may use a bonus action to (de)activate the gem and have it emit a 15’ wide cone of light. It projects bright light for 15’, and dim light 15’ beyond that. Everything within the light is revealed as if by true sight.
> Item Effect (CP +5): The target of your focus now takes 3d6 additional damage.
Gem: Saphire (Blue) – while active you amy use your reaction to draw on the gems’ power and summon a shield comprised of blue arcane energy. This shield hovers in your space as if you are wielding it. It remains active this way for 1 minute, until you use a bonus action to end the effect, or you fall unconscious/dead. You may use this feature three times per activation.
> Item Effect (CP +6): The target of your focus now takes 4d6 additional damage. The gem now holds five charges that reset at sunrise.
Gem: Diamond (Transparent) – while active you may enhance your pursuit of justice to deal damage more effectively. Foes now treat damage taken from you in the following way:
- Normal as if vulnerable
- Resistant as if normal
- Immune as if resistant
This effect lasts as long as the gem is active in this way or you use a bonus action to end the effect.
Age beyond years, Tau, Head to the Order of Flux, would peer into mortal realm of the material plane every century or three. It was mildly entertaining to occasionally dement the non-sentient beasts of the realm and watch the aftermath. This time was unlike other times though…
